Jude's Birthday
Off we went to the zoo. Here's our little monkeys
We decided to visit the Canadian domain, which is down a big hill, the furthest possible site from the entrance/exit, and of course, it rained. Oh well, that's what memories are made of. The rain seemed to make the animals a little extra excited, the grizzly bears were getting a little frisky with each other.

The ride home. They look peaceful, but they're really just gearing up for round two.
And what did my Goliath-slaying, rough and tough boy want for his birthday cake? Yup, Dora the Explorer. This is my attempt, tho it didn't come out looking very Dora-ish.
This was what the idea was supposed to be, from the Dora theme song. At least the kids are better at eating cake than I am at making it, they didn't seem too concerned.
Just a small celebration, cuz I was lazy and all partied out from the last month of kids' parties.
